Okay, so Georgia rules... We've played Athens, Marietta & Norcross and all have been cool shows. Everyone has been super cool. Athens is an awesome college town. We definitely will be going there again soon. Dan & the crew at DT's hooked us up, and we made many new friends in Athens. I must say, "What's up" to Stephen, Navid and the crew at the Chi House. We'll see you guys on Monday. Word.
The Gravesite guys (and girlfriends) deserve a big high five as well. You guys went beyond the call with the places to stay, food to eat, showers, etc. Oh yeah, and we can't forget the monetary contribution you guys made. Thanks for everything!
We are playing tonight in Atlanta at The Somber Reptile. Should be cool, if anybody shows up - we've heard bad things about the turnouts there. Appearantly that venue has been blacklisted. Hmmm..... We'll be doing the Swayze's thing again in Marietta, GA tomorrow. We hope to catch up with The Good Life & Rilo Kiley tommorow night after the Swayze's show. They play at the Echo Lounge in Atlanta, so we're gonna hustle to try and catch that show, as well.
By the way, Cursive's "The Ugly Organ"... go out and get it. We happened upon it while in Athens. Incredible. Don't miss out on more Cursive loveliness.

Hey everyone,
I hope everyone has been keeping up with my stories... Well, our lady in distress (Jared) raised her voice at me, for the stuff I've been writing. No big deal so don't worry about it. So anyway, our show rocked in Longview. Roy, who runs the Texas Blues Bar, is really cool and kept us entertained with stories.
Love,
Davey

P.S. We have been listening to Wayne "the train" Hancock, Hot Water Music, New Kids on the Block (for the inspiration), and The Supremes (for choreography)
